The origins of the milk
We are an Italian dairy in Piemonte a Caramagna, in the province of Cuneo, that creates and produces quality fresh cheeses that are continually in tune with consumer tastes and distributed through all sales channels.
We use milk from selected Piedmontese dairy farms located no further than 50 km from our dairy.
Tradition and modernity
We follow traditional methods passed down through the years by our grandparents but apply them using state-of-the-art installations and extremely high food safety standards.
For the development of new cheeses we prefer to adopt modern marketing methodologies, which allow us to better understand the current and prospective needs of our customers.
We care about the cultural heritage and natural resources of our region.

Caring about the environment
Our dairy's electrical power is generated using photovoltaic technology, while the local water we use is treated in our cutting-edge purification plant and returned to the same fish-inhabited streams that we source it from.

Caring about people
We are very keen to develop the resources, skills and new ideas of the people who work in our dairy.
We try to supply our customers with a service that matches the freshness level of our cheeses.
In short... we ourselves are the most demanding consumers of our cheeses.
