Fresh cheese (80%) (pasteurised milk, cream, salt), red radicchio and Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP preparation (20%) [round red radicchio (70%), sunflower oil, Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP (5%), onion, rice starch, butter, extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity corrector (citric acid), black pepper].
