A DELICIOUS LUNCH BREAK WITH LINEA OSELLA, WHEREVER YOU ARE.
PREPARATION
Cook the black rice and leave it to cool.
Sauté the red and yellow peppers, peas and courgettes in a pan with oil and salt to taste.
Add the rice to the vegetables and cut the Linea Osella into diamonds.
Add the prawns and a few drops of lemon juice.
