Rice and Pasta dishes
Ingredients for 2 people
180 g of black rice
1 pack of classic Robiola Osella
100 g of calamari
Extra virgin olive oil as required
Salt to taste
Bring the water to the boil and cook the black rice for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the courgettes and toss them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, add the calamari and finally the Robiola Osella. When the rice is ready, add it to the rest and mix together.
Add a few flower petals to add a touch of freshness.
