Caprese with Linea Osella, Sardinian tomatoes, red onions and basil leaves

PREPARATION

Chop the fresh raw yellow and red peppers, celery and carrots into sticks.
Serve it all with croutons.
Cut two slices of bread into cubes.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and toss the cubes of bread in it until golden.
