Rice and Pasta dishes
Ingredients for 4 people
2 small Robiola Osella
300 g of macaroni pasta
2 small courgettes
½ a red pepper and ½ a yellow pepper
20 g of extra virgin olive oil
some fresh basil leaves
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil pour in the pasta and cook.
Meanwhile, heat a grill pan, cut the courgettes into fine slices, lengthways, and the peppers into strips, then grill them well on both sides.
Flavour the grilled vegetables with the oil and finely chopped basil. Drain the past while still firm, setting aside a ladle of cooking water. Dress the pasta with the Robiola and the cooking water, add the vegetables and their condiment, stir and serve immediately.
