Ingredients for 4 people
250 g of classic Robiola Osella
2-3 whole eggs
Extra virgin olive oil
Cut the courgettes into small pieces and toss in a pan.
Mix the courgettes in a bowl with Robiola Osella and the eggs.
Line some individual tins with filo pastry and spoon the filling inside.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
