Focaccine con Robiola Osella con tartufo, prosciutto crudo e rucola

Method

Tagliate le focaccine a metà e spalmatele con Robiola Osella con tartufo.
Slice the focaccine in half and spread the bottom half with Robiola Osella with Truffle.
Place a slice of prosciutto and a few rocket leaves on top.
Dress with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of pepper to suit taste, then close with the top half and serve on a tray or in a basket.
