Linea all’isolana con pane croccante

Method

Thickly slice the Linea Osella cheese and the tomatoes.
Arrange them on a plate, alternately, overlapping them slightly. Garnish with capers and black olives.
Crumble the bread which you have previously drizzled with olive oil and tasted in the oven until golden. Season with a dusting of pepper and olive oil.
