Ingredients for 4 people
2 Linea Osella Cheeses
150 g of date tomatoes
1 courgette and 1 spring onion
1 sprig of rosemary
20 g of extra virgin olive oil
Heat the oven to 220°C.
Finely slice the spring onion, cut the courgette into julienne strips and halve the tomatoes.
Gently fry the onion and courgette with oil in a small pan for 2 minutes, flavour with a pinch of salt and add the rosemary tufts.
Place each cheese on a sheet of baking paper, spoon half the sautéed vegetables and the tomatoes on each of them and close the paper parcels, baking them in a hot oven for about 12 minutes.
Open the parcels at the table, in order to enjoy all the fragrance.
