Linea gratin with cherry tomatoes


Preheat the oven to 220°.

Cut the tomatoes in half lengthways and mix the Parmesan with the breadcrumbs and oregano. Place the cheeses in a lightly greased oven dish, surrounding each one with the halved tomatoes cut side up, season the tomatoes with salt, sprinkle the breadcrumb and oregano mixture over everything and finish with a drizzle of oil. Cook in the preheated oven until a golden crust forms on the surface.
This dish is best enjoyed while still hot and fragrant.
