Ingredients for 4 people
2 Linea Osella cheeses
100 g green beans, boiled
1/2 red pepper and 1/2 yellow pepper
1 fresh spring onion
100 g cannellini beans, boiled
1 sprig fresh parsley
30 g extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Cut the flesh of the peppers into thick strips, then sauté in a frying pan with the oil and a little salt for about ten minutes.
Add the cannellini beans to the peppers, flavour with a little pepper, add the chopped parsley and finish with the very thinly sliced spring onion.
Cut the cheeses into triangles, arrange them on a plate with the green beans, finish with the pepper mixture and enjoy this scrumptious dish.
