PREPARATION

Boil the black rice and leave it to cool. Cut the celery into short lengths and sear the prawns in a pan. Make a bed of rice in your lunch box, laying the prawns and Linea Osella cut into triangles over it. Chop the chives and scatter over the top. Dress with oil to taste.
