Linea con tartare di aromi mediterranei


Finely chop the dried tomatoes, garlic and capers. Chop the firm tomato and toast the pine nuts for two minutes in a non-stick pan without adding condiment.
Mix the fresh tomato, chopped capers with dried tomatoes, and pine nuts in a bowl, dressing it all with oil, salt and oregano.
Cut the cheeses into quarters, arrange them on a plate with the mixed salad leaves and dress with the mixture prepared.
