Ingredients for 4 people
2 Linea Osella Cheeses
4 artichokes
1 firm tomato
2 sprigs of fresh marjoram
1 clove of garlic
20 g of extra virgin olive oil
20 g of butter, salt and pepper
Method
Clean the artichokes, eliminating all the hard leaves, the tips with the spines, and the inner hairy parts, then cut them into fine slices.
Cut the garlic clove in half, gently fry it in a pan with the oil, add the artichokes, and salt to taste. Add the butter and two spoons of water, the cover with a lid and cook for five minutes.
Cut the tomato into cubes, add it to the artichokes, flavour with the marjoram divided into leaves, remove the garlic and take off the heat.
Dress the cheeses with these delicious artichokes and enjoy.
