Rice and Pasta dishes
Ingredients for 4 people
200 g of Mafaldine
100 g of classic Robiola Osella
150 ml of fresh cream
150 g of prawns
1 passion fruit
Extra virgin olive oil
Flowers to decorate
Clean the prawns and place them to marinate with the passion fruit. Meanwhile, boil the water for the pasta.
Heat the cream in a saucepan on a low heat without boiling, and gradually stir in the Robiola Osella, mixing until you have an even consistency. Put the pasta in the boiling water to cook. Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and toss in the prawns marinated with the passion fruit.
When the pasta is ready, drain, add it to the prawns and stir. Pour over the Robiola Osella fondue and serve.
Garnish with raw passion fruit or a few flower petals.
