Ingredients for 4 people
2 Linea Osella Cheeses
4 courgettes
2 unripe oxheart tomatoes
a small bunch of parsley
a clove of garlic
40 g of extra virgin olive oil
10 red basil
Preparation
Wash and finely slice the courgettes and tomatoes. Chop the parsley, garlic and chilly; place the vegetables in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Cut the Linea Osella cheeses into triangles and add them to the vegetables. Complete with the red basil leaves. Serve with crusty bread.
