Insalata Mediterranea e Linea Osella - Ricette Fattorie Osella per Pink is Good


Wash and finely slice the courgettes and tomatoes. Chop the parsley, garlic and chilly; place the vegetables in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Cut the Linea Osella cheeses into triangles and add them to the vegetables. Complete with the red basil leaves. Serve with crusty bread.
