A DELICIOUS LUNCH BREAK WITH LINEA OSELLA, WHEREVER YOU ARE.
PREPARATION
Prepare the cous cous using cubes of tomato, red onions and courgettes, flavoured with fresh oregano.
After cooking the cous cous, leave it to cool.
Toss the red onions, cubed courgettes and tomatoes in a pan with oil, salt and oregano to taste.
Mix the cous cous with the vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh oregano.
