200 g of self-raising flour
3 eggs
300 g of Robiola Osella
200 g of cubed smoky bacon
100 g of chopped mixed olives

Method
Beat the eggs with a spoonful of milk and add the creamed Robiola, with a spoonful of oil. Add a pinch of salt and then gradually add the self-raising flour.
Then add the bacon, olives and oregano, mixed them evenly. Pour everything into a loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about half an hour.
