Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and drain them in a colander.
Drain the Linea Minis from their water.

Push a yellow tomato onto the skewer followed by a basil leaf and a Linea mini onto a skewer, then the prosciutto, a Linea mini, a basil leaf and a red tomato. Each skewer must have two tomatoes, two Linea minis, two basil leaves and a slice of prosciutto.

Decorate the tray with basil leaves and drizzle with EVO oil before serving.
