200 g of Robiola Osella
100 g of chocolate
Sour cherries in syrup
Take the delicious Robiola Osella and put it on a plate.
Heat the chocolate in a saucepan (max 5 minutes), then pour hot over the Robiola.
Gently place the cherries and pistachios on top, with the roughly chopped hazelnuts and almonds.
Heat in the oven at 100°C for 10 minutes.
