Robiola Osella is the best known and appreciated of our Fattoria Osella cheeses.
We make it with the Italian milk supplied by our farmers, all located within 50 km of the dairy, using the traditional recipe which envisages a night spent resting under cotton cloths. It has a delicate milky flavour, a creamy, velvety consistency and is preservative-free: a real treat for the palate. The pleasantly acid note features all the freshness of the milk used to make it.
Robiola Osella is ideal spread on bread and enjoyed in its simplicity. It can also be used as a valuable ingredient in a thousand tasty recipes for the preparation of savoury pies and rice and pasta dishes!
