Fattorie Osella’s attention to its cows’ welfare is part of the company’s broad sustainability strategy.

In Fattorie Osella, we are convinced that good welfare ensuring animals’ wellness, happiness and freedom from suffering, translates into a better-quality and safer product. Fattorie Osella has been the first cheese maker in Italy to complete a structured programme for the Animal Welfare’s assessment, compliant with the Regulations of the National Centre of Reference for Animal Welfare (CRNBA) issued by the Institute for the Institute for Animal Health of Brescia, and to have achieved animal welfare certification of 100% of the farms that supply it with milk.
