Nevertheless, while you browse our website, certain types of information will be gathered automatically. Examples of such information are the type of browser that you use, and the IP (Internet Protocol) address, which will be sent by your browser. To access any part of the website, you might be asked to provide your personal identification data to allow us to send you or supply you with the information and/or services required. You are not in any way obliged to supply your personal identification data, however failure to do so will prevent the supply of the information and/or services required.

Like many companies that supply services or products, we too use so-called “cookies”.
To find out which cookies we use, along with their purposes, see the “Cookie Policy” section. You can block the use of “cookies” using the specific tool on your browser. The blocking of “cookies” may prevent access to areas or the visibility of certain parts of the website.

We will use the personal identification data obtained in this way only for the purposes specifically established in the context (the “Purposes”), and may answer the email sent to us, using the data to supply the service/information that you have requested. We undertake to keep your personal identification data obtained in this way strictly confidential, abstaining from selling it, granting it for use, marketing it or communicating it to others, unless required to do so by law.

The request of services can implicate the need to communicate the data to Group companies, including those located in other countries, or to independent companies of the supplies of said services. The transferral of data abroad, where necessary, takes place in compliance with the company Data Transfer Agreements, which ensure the applicability of Italian law to this process.

None of the data collected during use of the website will be released, even after obtaining consent.

The processes connected to the web services of this site are carried out on Company premises or at the premises of independent companies appointed for this purpose, and are handled solely by the technical staff of the office appointed to perform the process, or by those appointed to carry out occasional maintenance.

The data collected is processed using automated tools, for the time strictly necessary to the pursuit of the purposes. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or improper use and unauthorised access.

It is, however, necessary to bear in mind the possibility that someone else may read the messages you send on-line, so it would be best not to send emails containing confidential information which you wish to maintain confidential.

We will not use your personal identification data for reasons other than the Purposes without contacting you and requesting your explicit consent to such use.

After obtaining your authorisation, we will use the information for purposes such as sending information, publications, promotions or news, sending out emails for said purposes. A specific informative document will explain the criteria used in the processing of the data relating to the sending of CVs.

The subjects to which the personal data refers are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, check that it is exact or request the integration, update or rectification (article 7 of Legislative Decree no.
